To fulfil your order: first name, surname, postal address, email address and, if you provide it, phone number. Legal basis: performance of the sales contract. Without this, no parcel can be sent.

For accounting: your order details and its amount. Legal basis: our statutory record-keeping obligations.

We collect nothing else. No profiling, no scoring, no cross-referencing with other sources.

We use no analytics tool — no Google Analytics, no equivalent.

We load no font, script or image from any third-party domain. Fonts are served from this site, which means your IP address is not passed to anyone else.

We never sell, rent or trade your data.

We store no card details: we simply have no access to them.

Mollie B.V. (Netherlands) — payment processing. Receives your email address and the amount.

Resend (European Union) — sending confirmation and dispatch emails.

Supabase (database, Frankfurt, Germany) — order storage.

Vercel (hosting) — serving the pages.

bpost or the chosen carrier — name and delivery address, in order to deliver the parcel.

Each of these providers acts on our instructions and for that purpose alone.

7 years for what makes up the accounting record: identity, billing address, items, amounts and VAT. That period is imposed by Belgian accounting law and cannot be shortened, even at your request.

The phone number is optional, used only if delivery goes wrong, and is not part of the accounting record: you can ask for it to be erased at any time.

No data is kept for any other purpose — no marketing, no analytics, no profiling.

This shop places exactly two items on your device, and neither is for advertising.

Your cart (lvdt-cart-v1, local storage) — holds the references and quantities you picked. Persists until you empty your cart or clear your browser data. It contains no prices and no personal data.

The admin session (lvdt_admin, cookie) — only for the studio team managing orders. Expires after 8 hours. You never receive it.

Both are strictly necessary for the service you requested, within the meaning of the ePrivacy Directive — the shopping cart is the textbook example. That is why no consent banner is shown: there is nothing to accept or refuse. Presenting a choice you could not actually exercise would be misleading.

If we ever added an analytics or advertising tool, a genuine consent manager would be put in place, with refusing as easy as accepting.

You may request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, restriction of its processing, or its portability.

Simply write to contact@lesvisions.com. We reply within 30 days.

Erasure may be partly refused for orders still covered by accounting obligations — in that case we tell you exactly what is kept and until when.
