Shipping and returns

Orders are packed by hand in Liège, Belgium, and leave within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

You receive an email with a tracking link as soon as payment clears, and a second when the parcel ships.

Belgium — 4,95 €, free from 60,00 €. Delivery in 2 to 3 business days.

European Union — 9,95 €. Delivery in 4 to 7 business days.

Rest of the world — 19,95 €. Delivery in 7 to 21 business days.

Times run from dispatch, not from the order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival. They are set and collected by your national authorities, are your responsibility, and are neither predictable nor refundable by us.

You have 14 days after delivery to tell us you are withdrawing, with no reason needed.

Write to contact@lesvisions.com with your order number. We reply with the return address.

The item must come back complete, unworn and unwashed. Return postage is at your expense.

You are refunded within 14 days of us receiving the return, to the original payment method.

Send us a photo at contact@lesvisions.com. If the item is faulty or does not match your order, we cover the return and either replace or refund, your choice.

The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies to all items.

If your parcel has not arrived beyond the stated time, write to us. We open an investigation with the carrier and keep you posted. If the parcel is declared lost, we resend the order or refund you.
