The items offered are merchandise derived from the podcasts produced by the studio, manufactured in small runs.

Each product page states, under “Specifications”, the material, dimensions or capacity, blank model and care instructions. This information is contractual.

Items are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, you are notified without delay and refunded in full.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, with Belgian VAT of 21% included.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, before any payment, and added to the price of the items.

The applicable prices are those displayed when the order is confirmed.

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed.

No customer account is required. A confirmation email containing your summary and a tracking link is sent as soon as payment is confirmed.

Les Visions SRL reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud or a manifest pricing error.

Payment is made by Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Belfius button, KBC/CBC button or bank transfer through our provider Mollie B.V.

No card details pass through this shop or are stored here. Details are entered on a page hosted by Mollie, a licensed payment institution in the Netherlands.

Orders are only prepared once payment is effectively confirmed.

Orders ship from Liège, Belgium, within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Belgium: 4,95 €, free from 60,00 € — 2 to 3 business days.

European Union: 9,95 € — 4 to 7 business days.

Rest of the world: 19,95 € — 7 to 21 business days.

Times are indicative and run from dispatch. Outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility and are collected by your national authorities.

Outside the European Union, Belgian VAT does not apply: the delivery is an export. The displayed price stays the same, but no VAT is charged and your confirmation says so.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason and without penalty.

To exercise it, write to contact@lesvisions.com quoting your order number. An unambiguous statement is enough; no particular form is required.

Items must be returned complete, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Return postage is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or does not match your order.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the purchase.

All items carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by Belgian law.

If an item is faulty, contact us at contact@lesvisions.com with a photograph of the problem. Depending on the case, the item is repaired, replaced or refunded.

Complaints may be sent to contact@lesvisions.com or by phone on 0470 19 66 76. We reply within 5 business days.

If disagreement persists, you may refer the matter to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be) or to the European online dispute resolution platform.

Failing agreement, Belgian law applies and the courts of Liège have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own domicile.
