Shipping
- How much is shipping and how long will my parcel take?
- Shipping within Belgium costs 4,95 € and becomes free from 60,00 €; allow 2 to 3 business days. To the European Union it is 9,95 € and 4 to 7 business days. To the rest of the world, 19,95 € and 7 to 21 business days. Orders leave Liège, Belgium, within 2 business days of payment confirmation, and the stated times run from dispatch.
- Do you ship outside Europe?
- Yes, the shop ships worldwide for 19,95 €, with delivery in 7 to 21 business days. Note that outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be added on arrival. They are set by your national authorities, collected when the parcel is handed over, and are your responsibility.
Payment
- Do you charge VAT if I order from outside the EU?
- For deliveries within Belgium or the European Union, the displayed price includes Belgian VAT at 21%. For deliveries outside the European Union, the sale is an export and Belgian VAT does not apply: the displayed price stays the same, but no VAT is charged and your order confirmation says so. Customs duties and import taxes may still be charged on arrival by your national authorities.
- Which payment methods are accepted?
- Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, the Belfius and KBC/CBC buttons and bank transfer, through the Dutch payment provider Mollie. No card details pass through the shop or are stored here: entry happens on a page hosted by Mollie, which is a licensed payment institution.
Orders
- Do I need an account to order?
- No. The shop offers no customer accounts, so there is no password to remember and no account to be stolen. You enter your address, you pay, and you receive an email with a unique tracking link. That link lets you check your order status at any time.
- How do I track my order?
- The confirmation email sent after payment contains a personal tracking link. It shows your order status — paid, being prepared, shipped — as well as the carrier tracking number once the parcel leaves. No account is needed to access it.
Returns
- Can I return an item if I change my mind?
- Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason — that is European consumer law. Write to contact@lesvisions.com with your order number and we send you the return address. The item must come back complete, unworn and unwashed. Return postage is at your expense, and refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the return.
- What if the item is damaged or I receive the wrong product?
- Send a photo to contact@lesvisions.com with your order number. If the item is faulty or does not match your order, return postage is on us and you choose between a replacement and a refund. The two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Belgian law applies to all items.
Products
- What are the T-shirts made of?
- All of them are cotton, but the fabric, weight and cut change from one model to the next — some are certified organic cotton, some are not. The exact figures are on each product page, under “Specifications”: material, weight, fit, printing process and care. One rule holds across all textiles: machine wash at 30 °C inside out, do not tumble dry.
- Which sizes are available?
- Sizes depend on the model: some T-shirts are cut for adults, others for children, and objects come in one size. Each product page shows its sizes and greys out the ones that are sold out, before you even add the item to the cart. The site’s size guide gives the matching measurements in centimetres.
- Are the bottles dishwasher safe?
- No, they must be washed by hand: a dishwasher damages the print, and the insulation where there is any. Capacity, material and whether a bottle is insulated differ by model and are stated on each product page, under “Specifications”.
- Where do the items come from?
- Blanks come from European suppliers — Roly for the textiles currently on sale — and printing is handled by a partner printer. Each product page states the blank model and any certifications. The shop produces in small runs: when a reference sells out, it is not automatically reprinted.
Privacy
- Does the shop use cookies or trackers?
- No advertising cookies, no analytics tool, no font or script loaded from a third-party domain. Only two items are placed on your device: your cart, stored locally, and a session cookie reserved for the team managing orders. Both are strictly necessary for the service, which is why no consent banner is shown — there is nothing to accept or refuse.
- Where is my data stored?
- Orders are stored in a database located in Germany, within the European Union. The only data collected is what shipping requires: name, postal address, email address and, if you provide it, a phone number. What makes up the accounting record — identity, address, amounts, VAT — is kept for seven years, the period required by Belgian accounting law. The phone number is not part of it and can be erased on request. Nothing is ever sold or traded.

- Who sells these products?
- The shop is operated by Les Visions SRL, a Belgian company based at Vieille Voie de Tongres 88, 4000 Liège, registered under number BE 0749.435.559. It is the company behind lvdt.studio, the native and narrative podcast studio whose shows appear on these objects.
- Which shows do the products come from?
- From the studio's podcasts. Contes des Fées is the children's fiction that reworks classic fairy tales; Bières & Faits Divers is the true-crime podcast, in mint green and black; lvdt.studio is the studio monogram alone. Every product page states the world it comes from, and the shop can be filtered by world.
